Exercise: Better than Prozac

Today started off rough.  Was having a “poor me” day and called my mom to only break down feeling sorry for myself.  Then I went to the gym and got a TWO hour workout in.  It was the BEST way I could have ended the day!

  1. Yes! Angela, this is great! Oh my word I’m so happy for you. My best sessions definitely come when I least feel like it. It’s a lot of strength in itself, getting motivated to go in the first place!
